For the information of website visitors MMPL respected, now visitors can interact with the virtual librarian / support team through our online support services "CHAT WITH LIBRARIAN". The visitors can ask any questions regarding the site, membership, loans and other services provided by the MMPL.

 

The following guidelines are provided for your convenience:

 Chat with Librarian service hours are as follows:

 

• Monday to Thursday: 10.00 am to 5.00 pm  (Offline at 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm)

• Friday: 10.00 am to 5.00 pm                         (Offline at 12:15 pm to 3:00 pm)

Chat with Librarian service can be accessed through the main web page MMPL. Users can click on the icon "CHAT WITH LIBRARIAN" to interact directly with the librarian.
