Discussion room use regulations:

 

• Open to library members only.

 

• Limited to 3 hours of use only to the payment of RM 5.00 / hour. Increase the time allowed if there is no demand from other visitors.

 

• Use of this room is for purposes of discussion, presentations and other academic activities.

 

• User shall be responsible for the cleanliness and safety when using a discussion.

 

•  Users are not allowed to talk too loud that it interferes with other visitors.

 

•  If there is any damage, please report it to the customer service desk clerk.

 

• Payment must be made at the customer service counter.

 

 

The facilities in the discussion room:

 

• Work table and seating, whiteboards, writeable glass, computer, speakers, display screen, Video Graphics Array (VGA) and High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) cables for laptop.

 

• Casual seating with coffee table, whiteboards and/or writeable glass, computer, speakers, display screen.

 

• Casual seating with coffee table, whiteboards and/or writeable glass walls, computer, speakers, and display screen.
