A black box for high definition visualization and simulation, offering 270 degree immersive projection on 3 walls for a total of 80 linear feet of display surface, 3D Display, a professional zoned audio system and cameras for real time video capture, broadcast and collaboration.

 

It gives the user an opportunity to see the encourage creativity in how it visualize the word of data and digital media like real one and it supports the method of teaching and research mission in unique style while providing a powerful tool for problem solving and unlocked gems inside data.

 

The 3 walls:

 

1) South Wall

 

Project onto south wall using library-provided Mac Pro server. Internet access, a web browser, Microsoft Office, VLC media player, and an image viewer are available, as well as 5.1-channel surround sound output.

 

2) Divider Wall Display

 

Project onto one or both sides of the rotating walls in the center of the Creativity Studio. A Mac Mini provides internet access, a web browser, VLC media player, and an image viewer. The walls must be closed in order to use these displays.

 

3) Writable Wall

 

Modular whiteboard walls, which are great for brainstorming and creative endeavors. Note that walls deployed on the North half will cover two of the LED monitors.
